Howard was the son of Gladys Florance Dover and the late Howard Bennie Peterman.
Survivors include his wife, Zoila Peterman; his daughter, Maria Patnode (Joel Patnode); sisters, Betty Melancon (Bobby Melancon) and Gail Mason (Reese Mason); grandchildren, Matt Ahrens, Lauren Ahrens, Andrew Ahrens, Ana Grace Kotulak and Rob Kotulak.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 3 from 5-8 p.m. The funeral service will be held Saturday, February 4 at 1 p.m. in the chapel of Bernstein Funeral Home with Rev. Raymond Duncan officiating.
