Larry Steven Cutshaw

Larry was preceded in death by his father, James Roman Cutshaw of Bogart, Georgia; mother, Mildred Cutshaw Hansford of Largo, Florida; and brothers, Gary Lynn Cutshaw and David Roman Cutshaw of Athens.

He was born August 27, 1948, a native of Greeneville, Tennessee and moved to Athens as a small child. He was a 1966 graduate of Athens High School. Larry retired in 2016 as an electrical engineer following 43 years working for Fowler/Pro Mach in Athens.

Larry will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 50 years, Evelyn Brooks Cutshaw of Athens, Georgia; daughter, Angela Cutshaw Wilkinson and her husband, Scott, of Marietta, Georgia; son, Steven Todd Cutshaw of Athens, Georgia; granddaughter, Avery Isabella Wilkinson; brother, Billy Dan Cutshaw and wife, Sandy of Huntsville, Alabama; and step-mother, Margaret Cutshaw of Bogart, Georgia.

The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 23, 2018 at Bernstein Funeral Home, 3195 Atlanta Highway, Athens, Georgia 30606.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at Bernstein Funeral Home, Athens, Georgia with Dr. Paul Baxley officiating.
