A native of Madison County, GA, Mrs. Ramos was the daughter of Annie Mae Autry of Danielsville and the late Winford Alonzo Autry. She was a nursing assistant in the medical records department at St. Mary’s Hospital.
Survivors in addition to her mother include her husband, Alberto Ramos of Athens; sons, Mike McElroy and wife Diane of Hull and Ricky McElroy of Winterville; daughter, Linda Birt and husband, Billy of Bogart; sisters, Beverly Nunn of Danielsville and Lynn Spencer of Athens; grandchildren, Stoney Birt, Michael McElroy, Lavelle McElroy, Jennifer McElroy, and Renee Benton, and great- grandchildren, Kendall Lee, Summer Powers, Tristan Powers, Danny Potucek, and Bryttney and Tyler Benton.
Funeral services will be held 2PM Friday, February 11th in the chapel at Bernstein Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Moons Grove Baptist Church. The family will receive friends from 1-2PM prior to the service.
