A native of Winter Haven, Florida, Ms. Mascarella was a daughter of the late Charlie Williams and Katie Huff Williams. She retired from AT&T.
In addition to her parents, Ms. Mascarella was preceded in death by her siblings and granddaughter, Nicole Pasley.
Survivors include daughter, Kathy Paulis of Eastanollee, Georgia; great-granddaughters, Mary Katherine Pasley and Bethany Nicole Pasley.
