A native of Stephens County, Mrs. Epps was a daughter of the late Garvin and Eunice Poole Walker. She retired from the University of Georgia and attended Oconee Heights Baptist Church.
Survivors include children, Cassandra Kinney, Marcia Mason, Steven Kinney, Lori Hyde, Brian Kinney and Janet Beard; 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Epps was preceded in death by her husband, Grover Epps.
Services will be held Wednesday, February 10 at 2 p.m. at the Evergreen Memorial Park Mausoleum.
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 12:30-1:30 p.m. at Bernstein Funeral Home.
