A native of Georgia, Mrs. Fowler was a daughter of the late Frank Gipson O’Kelley and Lora Dell Messier O’Kelley. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Doyle Fowler; son, Russell Fowler and grandson, Ryan Ternamian. Mrs. Fowler was a retired bookkeeper.
Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Sandra and Brian Ternamian; brother, Edwin O’Kelley; sister, Jimmie Shumate; grandson, Sean Ternamian and a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, June 25 at 3 p.m. in the chapel at Bernstein Funeral Home.
