She was born June 14, 1963 in Greenville, South Carolina to the late Teddy Meckler Hopkins and Betty Smith Hopkins.
Tracy was an avid Georgia football fan and loved trips to the beach with her husband, Bob.
Survivors include her husband, Robert "Bob" Logan; brother, Terry Meckler Hopkins and his wife, Kathy; sister, Tammy Hopkins Porter; several nieces and nephews.
A private service will be held.
