Brenda Kay Harper Boyd

Brenda Harper Boyd of Atlanta, Georgia died July 3, 2014. She is survived by her husband, Arthur D. Crotzer; her father, James T. Harper of Clarksville, TN; her sister, Linda Lancaster of Atlanta, GA; her step-daughters, Kathryn Hicks of Derby, England, and Rebecca Copelin of Norman, OK.; her brother, Lester Ellis, Jr; and sisters, Tamy Ellis, Luanne Baggett, and Saundra Palmer, all of Clarksville, TN. She was preceded in death by her mother, Virginia Ellis. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, July 12, 2014 in Clarksville, TN at the Freedom Park Center in Liberty Park. The family will be available to greet guests at 2 o’clock, with services beginning at 3 o’clock. Services will also be held in Atlanta, GA and Durham, NC in the near future. The family requests that in lieu of gifts or flowers, friends honor Brenda by contributing to the Brenda Boyd Big Brothers Big Sisters Scholarship Fund she established.
