Christopher Marshall Miller

During his early years, Chris was an enthusiastic member of the Atlanta Boy Choir and its Chamber Ensemble under the direction of Fletcher Wolfe.

He graduated from The Lovett School in 1985 and attended University of Georgia where he was a member of Phi Delta Theta fraternity. He worked in the food service industry for many years.

Due to several traumatic injuries between 2004 and 2015, his physical health had been in decline. Chris succumbed to pneumonia on July 30, 2025. A private, graveside burial service will be held for family members at All Saints’ Episcopal Church, Atlanta.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by sisters Elizabeth Miller Conway of Pelham, NY and Hope McAllister Miller of Cincinnati, OH and his godparents Zoe and Charles Hicks of St. Simons Island, GA and Thomas Marshall Miller, Jr., of Hilton Head, SC and Albuquerque, NM.
