Doris Louise Cape

Doris Louise Cape, of Marietta Georgia, passed away on Monday, April 9, 2012. She was born May 19, l934 in Rome Georgia, the daughter of the late Helen Juanita Peterson-Moody, and the late Frederick Robinson. Doris was a loving Wife, Mother and Grandmother. She was an avid animal activist and loved to help others.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William (Bill) Clarance Cape, born February 23, 1929, Mableton, Georgia, an avid Braves Baseball fan, who passed earlier this year on March l0, 2012. She is survived by her children ,Son Michael Frederick Cape and lovely daughter Cheryl Juanita (Cape) Hall and beloved Son-In-Law, Chris Hall, and also Cape children Bill Cape, Jr., Connie Cape West, and Jack Cape. Grandchildren include Kelly Cape, Chris Hall, Jr and Chase Hall. Additional survivors include her Sister's family Barbara Ellen Bell Daniel and spouse Glenn Daniel, their two children and families Stephanie Daniel-Van Horn and Son-in-Law Randall Van Horn and their children Tonya and Vlad Van Horn, and Barbara and Glenn's Son and Family , Jeffrey Warren Daniel and wife Jennifer and their children Ayden Glenn Daniel , Austin and Abigale. Other survivors include Mrs. Cape's Brother, Gil W. Bell and his wife, Cynthia Bell, and their children Caron Bell Rich, Pamela Bell Burrus and son Tim Bell.

The funeral will be on Saturday, April l4, 2012 at Crest Lawn Memorial Park. The service will begin at 1:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers the Family has requested donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association or her beloved charity The Humane Society.
