Gretchen M. Paprocki, of Atlanta, passed away Friday, January 29, 2010. Surviving Ms. Paprocki is her Mother, Margarite Buring, of Atlanta; and Sister and Brother-in-Law Stephanie and Raymond Myers of Maitland, FL. As a graduate of Georgia State University, Ms. Paprocki devoted her life to her career in the Insurance business. She was selected as an “Outstanding Young Woman of America” in 1981. She traveled the country lecturing at various seminars and educational venues. Ms. Paprocki was especially proud of achieving the Chartered Life Underwriter Professional Designation. She was a great cook and best known for her friendships and service to her clientele. A memorial service for Ms. Paprocki will be held Saturday, February 6, 2010 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of H.M. Patterson- Oglethorpe Hill. The family will receive friends one hour before the service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Humane Society.
