Ms. Eidson was the namesake of our neighborhood and a truly wonderful neighbor. Since my husband and I moved into the neighborhood in 2007, we have had the pleasure of watching Ms. June take her twice weekly walks around the cul-de-sac. She always had a smile and a wave and often a compliment about our yard or house - she noticed everything... We will miss seeing her. May she rest in peace. Her service today was absolutely beautiful - so personal and touching. She will be dearly missed. We will continually say lots of prayers for David, Steve, Pam and all of the Eidsons. ♥️

June Eidson is my aunt. She was a remarkably sweet and supportive person who never said an unkind word about anyone. She called me several months ago and we had a delightful conversation. Her devotion to her family was outstanding, and I regret that I did not spend more time with her. I know my sweet father adored his baby sister with all his heart. I am glad they are together again now.

Ms. June's son, Stephen, is married to our daughter, Pamela. June is/was one of the most caring and giving grandmothers to our two precious granddaughters. Although we were never able to personally meet due to her health and the distance to our home in Palatka, FL, we spoke on the phone several times. She was always so sweet and we continued to talk about trying to get together, etc.

Our hearts are saddened to know she is no longer with us, but we rejoice in her homegoing to our Heavenly Father. June was a wonderful Christian woman whom I will miss talking with, but will see her one day and we can finally get together.
