Charlsie Louise Chamblee Guy passed away on September 6th 2015 at her home in Decatur. She was a faithful member of Grace United Methodist Church for 33 years. In 1988, Louise joined Oak Grove United Methodist Church where she was very active in here Sunday School Class and other ministries.
Louise is survived by her son, John T. Guy Jr., granddaughter, Jennifer Guy Hawkins, grandson, John T. Guy III (Trace), and great granddaughter, Evelyn Lucas Guy .
Louise was preceded in death by her parents Ella Mae Chamblee and Ferd Taylor Chamblee, her sister Elizabeth Eden, her former husband John T. Guy Sr., and her nephew, Glen Eden.
A private graveside service will be held on Sunday, Sept. 13th.
