Mr. Luther “Eddie” King, Jr., passed away Tuesday, April 16, 2013. Eddie was an employee of Georgia Power for 44 years, former director of the Top of Georgia Air Stream Club, a member of the Optimist Club, and a former Scout Master. He was a member of Grace United Methodist Church for more than 60 years. Surviving Mr. King is his Son; Ricky King, Daughter and Son-in-Law; Susan and Mike Hancock. Grandson, Taylor Hull and Wife Tamarah, and Step-Daughter, Tiffany Keever. Funeral Services for Mr. King will be held Thursday, April 18, 2013 at one O’clock in the afternoon at H.M. Patterson & Son, Spring Hill Chapel. Interment will follow at Lawnwood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Wednesday, April 17, 2013 from 6-8 p.m. at Spring Hill.
