Nellie Jacquline Bailey passed away on March 3rd,2014. She was a loving wife, Mother and Grandmother. She worked at the GM Plant for 36 years. She is survived by her Husband, James E Bailey, (Dick), Son Scott Bailey, wife Sharon, granddaughter Stephanie and Husband Ben, grandson Christopher, Daughter Stacey B Sewell, husband David, grandson Robert, surviving sisters, Betty Kirkland, Grace Kalb, many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 5-8 PM at H.M. Patterson & Son Oglethorpe Hill and on Thursday from 5-8 PM at Ronald V. Hall Funeral Home in Vidalia. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 10:00 AM at Ronald V. Hall Funeral Home.
