Richard “Dick” Glenn Welch, 57, of Atlanta, died January 6, 2012. He was preceded in death by his father, Doug Welch, Jr. and brother, Doug Welch III. Survivors include his beloved mother, Annie Laurie Dodd; sister, Marcia W. Davis; sister and brother-in-law, Donna and Chuck Cason; brother and sister-in-law, Jack and Gail Welch; nieces and nephews, Heather Langford, Brett Cason, Doug Welch, IV, Jessica Cason and Wesley Whitlock and eight great-nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, January 10th at 11 o’clock at Oglethorpe Hill Chapel with Rev. Jonathan Langford officiating. Interment Minter Cemetery in Monticello, Georgia at 2:30pm. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at H.M. Patterson & Son, Oglethorpe Hill Chapel, 4550 Peachtree Road, NE, Atlanta, Georgia, 30319.
