Rosemary was born on February 23, 1940, in Corning, New York, to Marie Decker Mihalko and Michael John Mihalko. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, whose warmth, grace, and quiet strength touched the lives of all who knew her. She found deep joy in her family and took great pride in nurturing meaningful relationships grounded in love, faith, and generosity. She was a member of Memorial Presbyterian Church in St. Augustine, Florida.
Rosemary was the beloved wife of John William Thomas, Jr. They were married on January 2, 1959, and shared a life of devotion and partnership until his passing. She devoted herself to caring for her family and home, and she enjoyed capturing family memories as an amateur photographer. She also loved crocheting, sewing, cooking, and was an avid reader.
Rosemary was a loving mother to two sons, Michael John Thomas, who preceded her in death, and Scott Adrian Thomas. She is survived by her son, Scott Adrian Thomas; her daughter-in-law, Kathy Stevens Thomas (widow of Michael John Thomas); and her cherished grandchildren, Justin Thomas and Sarah Thomas.
