Steven A Brand

After Steve graduated from John Hersey High School in Arlington Heights, IL, he went on to earn a degree in Accounting at Drake University and his CPA. He also held a Master’s in Taxation from the University of Denver. For the last 30 years, he has been with Mass Mutual in various positions, most recently as an Advanced Sales Annuity Consultant.

He enjoyed working out, hiking, landscaping, and spending time with his friends and family, especially his four nephews.

He was predeceased by his father, Richard Brand, and his grandparents. He is survived by his mother, Barbara Brand; his sister, Sharon (Craig) Keenan; his brother, Rick (Cheryl) Brand; his nephews, Nick Brand, Jack Brand, Michael Keenan, and Matthew Keenan; and his uncle Robert Brand.

Steve will be remembered for his kindness and generosity and for always putting others before himself.

A memorial service will be held at H.M. Patterson & Son - Oglethorpe Hill Chapel, 4550 Peachtree Rd., NE, Atlanta, GA, on Saturday, February 14, 2026. Visitation will begin at 12:00 p.m., followed by the service at 1:00 p.m. A reception will follow.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to a charity of your choice.
