Sue Tatum, 87, long term resident of Atlanta, Georgia passed away on April 25, 2016 after a courageous fight with a long term illness. She was born in Albertville, Alabama on January 28, 1929. She was married to Webb Tatum Jr. for 37 years before his death. She is survived by two of her three children; Randy (Carolyn) Tatum and Paula (Gerard) Clarke. She was the proud grandmother of Kristina (Brad) Weigand, Samantha Tatum, Aaron and Andrea Clarke; step-grandmother of James and Michelle Williams; and great grandmother of Summer Bishop and Lillian Weigand. Mrs. Tatum was a caring and generous person who was focused on raising her children to be the best they could be. As a lifelong member of Brookhaven Baptist Church, she was always deeply involved with giving back to those less fortunate than she until she was no longer able to carry on. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to H. M. Patterson & Son-Oglethope Hill Chapel. There will be a private burial.
