after an extended illness.
Bobbie, as she was affectionately known, graduated from Gadsden High School in 1965. She worked as a beautician for more than 30 years. After retiring from cosmetology, she developed a business of running estate sales as well as selling antiques. She enjoyed this hobby almost as much as she enjoyed working in her yard and raising beautiful flowers. Her whole life was devoted to bringing beauty to her corner of the world, whether making a customer in the beauty shop leave feeling better, raising flowers, or rescuing something old and seeing the beauty in it.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Catherine Morgan, and her sister, Jimmie Davis.
She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Warren Wagnon, and daughters, Wende Driskill and Kathryn Barber and her granddaughter, Mary Kathryn Barber, who was the light of her life. She will also be missed by her many friends.
There will be a private service for the family later. Rev. Eddie Gooch will officiate. Morgan Funeral Home is in charge of services.
Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.morganfuneralchapel.com for the Wagnon family.
