David was a native of St. Augustine, FL. He lived in Virginia and Georgia; and was most recently a resident of Reece City and Gadsden, AL. He was a plumber by trade.
He was preceded in death by his parents: James Ellis Brown and Patricia Ann Langston Zarnich; both sets of grandparents and several aunts and uncles.
Survivors include his girlfriend, Cheryl Helms; sister, Veda Battles (Tony); half-brother, James Brown and several nieces and nephews. Special friends D.J. Nation, Dustin Fitts and John Kitchens.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to his sister, Veda Battles, to help with expenses.
A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
