Gary Wayne Mizell

He was born March 4, 1965 in Mobile, AL. Gary attended Ashville High School and was Owner/operator at Mizell Roofing.

Gary is survived by his daughters, Jennifer (Erick) Edwards, Sarah Higgins, Gracie Mizell, Chelsea Grindberg, sons, Devon Higgins, Caleb Grindberg; grandchildren, Hunter Mizell-Edwards, Mason Mizell-Edwards, Hayden Higgins, Charlee Rose Hernández, Christian Messiah Hernández, brothers, Clint (Kim) Mizell, Petie (Bobbi) Mizell, sister, Teresa Chambliss and numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends.

He was preceded in death by his wife Heather Mizell, parents, Woodrow Mizell and Paulette Reneman Duke, brother, Derek Duke.

Funeral service will be Wednesday, September 1, 2021, at 12 noon at Morgan Funeral Chapel. Sammy O’Dell officiating. Visitation for family will be 10:00 - 11:00 and friends 11:00 - 12:00. Burial will be at Oak Hill Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Trey Mizell, Jeff Fulmer, Jeff Thacker, Harley Chambliss, Anthony Fulmer, Vance Reneman, Luis Hernandez and Erick Edwards.
