James Franklin Carroll Sr.

A Funeral service will be held at Morgan Funeral Chapel on Wednesday August 9, 2017 at 11 A.M.

The family will receive friends for visitation on Tuesday evening from 5 to 7 P.M. at the funeral home.

Rev. David Carroll will officiate the service. Special Music by Melba Wood McClendon.

Graveside service and Interment following at Shiloh Baptist Church Cemetery.

Mr. Carroll was a veteran of the United States Army and worked many years at Gadsden Tool. A longtime member of Harmony Baptist church, he enjoyed spending time outdoors and especially deer hunting. Those preceding Mr. Carroll in death include; his parents, Luther and Ethel; wife, Martha; grandson, Richard Brown; and niece, Lynn Carroll.

He leaves behind;

Along with a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers; Doug Woods, Ronald Vickery, Greg Ford, Steve Garrard, Steve Durham, C.J. Stewart, Alton Bickerstaff and Tommy Walker.
