Jeanette Inell Nichols

Jeanette was happily married to Brice "Carlee" Nichols for almost 59 years. She worked at Health Tex for 10 years. She graduated from the nursing program at Gadsden State Community College in 1992 and was a retired nurse from Northside Healthcare. She was a member of the Church of God. She enjoyed watching Alabama Softball. Her favorite thing to do was spend time with her family and her pets. Over the years she has loved and taken care of many cats and dogs leaving behind her dog, Mr. Puppy and cat, Sarah. She had once said that when she went to heaven, Jesus would put her in charge of all the animals there. She was the best wife, Mother, and grandmother we could ask for.

Jeanette was preceded in death by parents, J.T and Fannie Mae Bellamy; Brother, Troy Bellamy; Sister, Louise Dudley.

Jeanette was survived by husband, Carlee Nichols; Sons, Troy (Hope) Nichols, Stacey Nichols, and Jamie (Lisa) Nichols; Grandchildren, Amanda Nichols, Justin Nichols, Colton Nichols, and Austin Whittemore.

Pallbearers will be family and friends

The family extends special thanks to Nurses and staff at Southern Care New Beacon Hospice.

A Private Graveside Service will be at 2pm Saturday, June 3, 2023 at Forrest Cemetery.
