Peter Carr Phillips

Peter Carr Phillips passed on Nov 2, 2023. In heaven he joined his Parents Buford Phillips and Evelyn Virginia Phillips and his Grandparents Oscar Phillips and Jewell Phillips all of Gadsden Alabama, Peter was born Oct 2,1966 in Sacramento California. Through the years he attended New Hope Baptist in St Louis then Meadowbrook in Gadsden. He graduated from Litchfield High in Gadsden, Peter relocated to San Diego in 2011. The Arc of San Diego Sulpizio was his favorite place to go where he loved all his classmates and all the staff. Peter was a champion baseball player with the Miracle League of San Diego with his favorite spot being 2nd base. Peter loved his Disney Cruise and going to rock concerts with his sister Joy Phillips Carmack. Peter was a dancer with the Folklorico group at the ARC. He loved Legos and you could always get a smile by giving him a dollar.

His other siblings were Larry Phillips and Susan Phillips Pigg. His favorite nephew was David Carmack and his nieces were Lisa Nielsen and Tiffanie Pigg.
