Brian Keith Westmoreland was born in Oakland, CA on May 31, 1956 and Passed away at home in Newcastle, CA on May 25, 2021. Brian is survived by his loving wife and best friend, Janice of 38 years and his dog, Max. Brian started his career in law enforcement as a police officer at San Mateo Police Department in 1981. Brian retired in 2006 as a criminal investigator with the Sacramento County District Attorney's Office. It was Brian's wishes not to have any services. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the American Heart Association or any charity of you choice.
