Charles H. Fisher

Lake Wales- Charles H. “Chuck” Fisher, age 76, of Lake Wales, FL passed away Saturday, August 31, 2013 due to cancer. He was born November 24, 1936 in Akron, OH the son of Frank and Grace (Landis) Fisher. He was a heavy equipment operator and owned Enterprises of Central Florida. He retired from Walmart, store 968, where he worked in maintenance for 23yrs. He was a veteran of the US Air Force, a member of the American Legion, the Lake Pierce Baptist Church, and the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 487.

Chuck is survived by his wife: Edna (Nelson) Fisher, sons: Leon Johns (Lisa) of Auburndale, and Dean Fisher of Auburndale, daughters: Camille Rodgers of Winter Haven, Jeanine Ray of Gulf Shores, AL, and Wanda Kyser (Danny) of Bradley, SC, brother: Dr. David Fisher (Mickey) of Butler, PA, sister Fran Thornburg (Don) of The Villages, FL, 12 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

Visitation is Tuesday, September 3, 2013 from 5-7pm with funeral services Wednesday, September 4, 2013 at 10am, both at Ott-Laughlin Funeral Home, 2198 K-Ville Avenue, Auburndale, FL.
