Dolores A. Brown, 76, of Lakeland passed away Tuesday, October 05, 2010 due to congestive heart failure. She was born in Lakeland, Florida in 1934. She was a member of First Baptist Church at the Mall and was very active with the Stitches of Love Ministry.
She was preceded in death by her daughter Sharon Wetherill. She is survived by her two sons, Walter Brown Jr. (Tina) and Robert Brown, a sister, Francis Wilkerson, and three grandchildren: Heather Brown, Amanda Brown, and Robert Brown Jr.
Visitation will be Thursday October 07th from 10 to 11 with funeral services following at 11, both at First Baptist Church at the Mall, 1010 E. Memorial Ave. in Lakeland. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Good Shepherd Hospice in Auburndale.
