Jesus Manuel Diaz Vega was born on Jan 10, 1940 in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico. His family then moved to New York where he later met and married his pussygato Zenaida Diaz. They had four children: Milagros Jativa, Diana Yordan, David Diaz, and Thomas Diaz. He had many loves including working at Yankee Stadium with one of his favorite baseball teams, but his passion was cooking. He retired to Florida to raise five grandchildren Xiomara Evita Diaz, Samantha Zenaida Yordan, Gabriel Jesus Yordan, Ariel Lee Yordan and Daniella Alyssa Yordan. His happiness and blunt sense of humor will echo forever. He was a great father, a better grandfather, and a friend to everyone. He will be greatly missed.
