Ronald “Ron” Errol Buey Jr., 59, passed away on May 27, 2025. He was born on March 4, 1966, in Winter Haven, Florida. Ron graduated from Auburndale high school and worked as a supervisor at the Room’s To Go warehouse. He married his wife, Leila, on December 29, 2013. He loved fishing, spending time with friends, watching movies, and being with his family. He was a member of the Lakeland Bassmasters and First Missionary Baptist Church of Auburndale.
Ron was preceded in death by his wife, Leila Buey, his father, Ronald Errol Buey Sr., his grandparents, John and Dorothy Buey; Harold and Mary Fine, grandfather, Dorman Cain, and his niece, Amber Shaw. He is survived by his mother, Diane C. Buey, brother, John Robert (Bobby) Buey, sister-in-law, Sharleen Buey, nieces and nephews, Daniel, Whitney, David Buey, sister, Melissa Hill, brother-in-law, Jesse Hill, nieces, Marissa Watson and Jessica Rousch (Jonathan), great nieces, Maci and Sadi, a great nephew, Garrett, grandson, Aulden “Ace” Eddy, and numerous cousins.
In place of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to Good Shepherd Hospice in Auburndale, Florida.
