Wilma was a high school graduate who went on to work faithfully as a secretary for a school board in Texas, where she was known for her reliability, kindness, and strong work ethic. Her life was centered around her faith, and she was a devoted member of the Pentecostal church. She enjoyed attending church services and spending time watching Christian programs, which brought her comfort and joy.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Richard Lee Foster; her brothers, Norman John Winsky and Raymond Eugene Winsky; and her sisters, Jean Marie Hagopian and Eve Lee (Terry) Parker.
Wilma is survived by her loving sons, Michael Foster (Mary Jo), Gary Foster (Shirl), and Kenneth Foster (Debbie), along with numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren who will cherish her memory and carry forward her legacy of faith and love.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Legion in her honor.
Wilma will be remembered for her gentle spirit, steadfast faith, and the deep love she shared with her family and friends.
