Christine B. Lindner

AUGUSTA, Ga. - Ms. Christine B. Lindner, of Augusta, Georgia passed away Monday, March 19, 2012. Christine enjoyed crafts, gardening and spending time with her family and friends. She was a member of the German American Club and St. Joseph Catholic Church. Ms. Lindner was preceded in death by her beloved husband, SGM (Retired US Army) William K. Bill Lindner. She is survived by her two sons, Jerry Lindner and Chris (Christine) Lindner; daughter, Charolene (Gary) Hollister; six grandchildren, Angela (Shaun), Gina (Mike), Lauren, Meghan, Kristen and Christopher; four great-grandchildren, Mikey, Patrick, Kennedy and Abigail; brother-in-law, Bob (Karen) Lindner; companion, George Gordon; and her two four-legged friends, Coco and Max. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6 - 8 PM at Elliott Sons Funeral Home. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated 9 AM, Saturday, March 24, 2012 at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Interment will follow in Westover Memorial Park. Memorial Contributions may be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church, 2607 Lumpkin Road, Augusta, Georgia 30906. Christine touched many lives and enriched each of us who were blessed to have known her.
