Augusta, Ga- Mr. George Terry Alexander, entered into eternal rest September 7, 2016. Mr. Alexander was a hardworking man. He dedicated 20 years of his life serving his country in the United States Army. He was a member of the American Legion Post #178 and Life Member of the VFW Post #649.Left to cherish his memories are his loving wife, Gudrun Alexander, as well as his Legion family and friends.
Funeral services will be held 1 PM Monday, September 12, 2016 at the Lumpkin Road Chapel of Elliott Sons Funeral Home. The family will be receiving friends at 11:30 AM until the service hour. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park.
