Glinda Smith

Glinda Marie Smith, 67, of Appling GA, passed away Wednesday, October 13, 2021 surrounded by her family. Glinda was a beloved mother, a devoted grandmother and a great-grandmother. Mrs. Smith was the rock of her family who was always there to lend a hand to those in need. She loved dancing, decorating and baking. Glinda was a member of Shepherd's church in Appling GA.

Glinda is preceded in death by her beloved son, Michael Cadle Jr.; her brothers, Donald Sapp and Danny Sapp; sisters, Margaret Sapp and Betty Jean Ridenour.

Left to cherish her memory is her loving companion of 20 years, John Lee Long; her daughter, Dana Tudor (Robert); grandchildren, Madison Cadle Mock (Randy), Cheyenna Cadle Sara Tudor, Robert Tudor III, Wyatt Tudor, and Laurabeth Tudor; great-grandchildren, Addison Mock, Bryson Mock, and Dawson Mock; her brother, Vernon Sapp; nieces, Amber Ridenour, Valeda Perry, Lisa Perry, Stephanie Sapp, Donna Garcia, and Jessy Johnson; brother in law, Charles Ridenour; and a host of family and friends.

The family will receive friends on Sunday , October 17, 2021 from 2-4 at Elliott Sons Funeral home on Lumpkin Rd.
