Johnathan as I always called him…. He was one of the most sweetest gentlemen I had met to date!! He and Sunshine really warmed our hearts and we love and loved them just as family!!!  I never walked into the store with out receiving smiles, hugs and laughing at something John said. Or Sunshine talking about “Man Job”  this or that with her tiny fist up in the air!!  Wonderful friends and Johnathan will be missed by so many!!  God Bless your sweet heart Sun!! Donnie and I are here if you ever need us.

So sorry to hear this. I enjoyed our many early morning or late evening conversations at Yo-Mart. Jon was a great guy and would help anyone he could. He will be missed by many. 

 Grew up on the farm next to John’s family. We all merged into one family that was forever together every day. We all shared each other’s farm work. John was just 1 year old when we met. He grew into a sweet quiet young boy.   Sorry I never met the man. But I’ll bet he remained sweet and kind. And probably loved by anyone who knew him. He will be missed by family and friends.  Rest in peace   Little John.      Betty parker. 

Jonathan was just an all around great guy. He enjoyed his work in the Security Department at Plant Vogtle. One that got along with everyone, could take a good joke, always a kind word to others. Visited in his home once proudly showing and telling of his various collections while in the military and love for his country.

Jonathan and I worked together in Security at Plant Vogtle for many years. He was affectionately known as Squatty Body, and was well-liked by all who knew him. He was very friendly, and had a great sense of humor. Jonathan was a military veteran, and just an all-around great guy I was proud to call my friend. The world was a better place with Jonathan in it, and I know he will be missed by all who knew and loved him. My prayers for his family.

I HAVE KNOW JONATHAN SINCE SEPTEMBER 1987. WE STARTED WORKING TOGETHER IN SECURITY AT PLANT VOGTLE.  I CHERISH MANY MEMORIES WE MADE AND SHARED. JONATHAN WAS THE TYPE OF PERSON I WAS PROUD TO CALL A FRIEND . I  ENJOYED MANY CHICKEN WINGS, HAMBURGERS, SHRIMP AND RICE AND SAUSAGE HANDWICHES OVER THE YEARS FROM YO MART .  REST IN PEACE MY FRIEND AND WE   WILL MEET AGAIN ONE DAY.

I worked with Jonathan a long time before he left to fulfill his dream of becoming his own boss. I use to stop by his store and he always took time to talk and catch up on things.  He was a really good guy.
