AUGUSTA, Ga. - Kevin Jones, 48, passed away Tuesday, August 14, 2012. Kevin was preceded in death by his father, Charles W. Jones. Funeral services will be held 2PM Saturday, August 18, 2012 at Elliott Sons Funeral Home-Telfair Street Chapel with Reverend Rich Bowen officiating. Interment will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park. Kevin was an artist, loved motorcycles, an avid golfer, loved music and enjoyed the guitar. He earned the rank of Eagle Scout at age 14. He is survived by his mother, Ruby Jones and his sister, Lisa Jones. The family will receive friends Friday, August 17, 2012 from 7 pm until 9 pm at Elliott Sons Funeral Home, 1134 Telfair St. Augusta, GA.
