Kirby is preceded in death by his parents Burlee and Gloria Frazier.
Kirby is survived by his son, Steven Frazier; his daughter, Rebecca Salvo; his siblings, Wayne Frazier(Debbie), Burlee Frazier(Jerry), Connie Moffatt(Greg) and Rosa Frazier; his grandchildren, Donald Salvo, Savannah Alexis Salvo, Tyler Frazier, Jordan Frazier, Caleb Turner, Jillian Turner, Storm Price, Starlit Price and Cain Price; 2 great-grandchildren, Colten and Brayden and several nieces and nephews.
Kirby was an avid hard worker who enjoyed deer hunting and the tv shows "Cosby" and "Andy Griffith". He retired from the City of Augusta after many years of service. He was a loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. He will be missed dearly, but his memory will be treasured forever.
A visitation for Kirby will be held Thursday, June 12, 2025 from 10 AM until 11 AM followed by a service in the chapel at Elliott Sons Funeral Home at 2524 Lumpkin Rd Augusta, GA 30906.
