Richard "Richie" A. Rollins Jr.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 9, 2012 at Elliott Sons Funeral Home, Lumpkin Road Chapel. Interment will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park.

A lifelong resident of Augusta, he was the son of Richard A. Rollins, Sr. and Joyce Kitchens Rollins. He worked in industrial cleaning. Ritchie was a very free spirit person. He loved to listen to music and watch NASCAR. Ritchie love to cook or grill outdoors, he was known as the “Grill Master”. His most precious moments were spent with his nieces and nephews.

Ritchie was predeceased by his brother Patrick Rollins. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his sister, Melissa (Kevin) Clark, Pulaski, TN, brother, Brian Rollins, Augusta; grandmother Gertie B. Kitchens, grandfather Clifford Rollins, Sr., nieces, Brooke Rollins, Erin Rollins, nephews, Cody Clark, Dillon Clark, and great niece Emma Rollins.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 8, 2012 from 7-9pm at Elliott Sons Funeral Home, Lumpkin Road Chapel.
