Joan G. Becak

December 7th.

Joan was born in Bayshore, New York on October 8, 1926 to Fred and Virginia

Wack. She had one younger brother named George. The family resided in

Amityville, New York.

Joan is survived by her husband John and seven children: Pam Fales, Cindy

(and Doug) Robinson, Debbie ( and Billy) Palmosina, Guy ( and Jean) Becak,

Joey (and Debby) Becak, Peter Becak and Jane (and Greg) Schroeder. Her

loving grandchildren include: Jen Pezdirtz, Kim Fallin, Doug and Chris

Robinson, Melissa and Michael Helfrich, Jessica Palmosina, Jason, Justin,

John, Jesse, Tiffany, Zachary, Brittany and Macaulay Becak, Erica and Nathan

Schroeder and Megan Wills. She was also known as Grandma to Sara, Bobby and

Ryan D'Onofrio and Grace and Paxton Fonte. Her adoring great grandchildren

include: Jack, Luke and Sam Pezdirtz, Heather, Sean, Max and Jack Robinson,

Haley and Dominic Dade, Stephanie Peterson, Sydney and Braxton Becak,

Kaitlen, Sophia and Scarlett Schroeder, Kendall Elkins and Ryleigh and

Paxton Wills.

Joan's life revolved around her love of family, her pets, her crafting and

her church.

A memorial service is being held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, December 10th at the All

Saints Lutheran Church, 15625 East Iliff Avenue, Aurora. A graveside

service will be held on Sunday, December 22nd at Kensico Cemetery, 273

Lakeview Avenue, Valhalla, West Chester County, New York.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to All Saints Lutheran

Church in Aurora, Colorado.
