Alexander 'Al' William North

Son of the late Ernie and Mona North. Beloved father of Brenda, Sandy (Paul Wilkes), Brian (Lori) and Larry (Melanie), loving grandad to 9 grandchildren and their spouses and 10 great-grandchildren. Lovingly remembered by his siblings Roy, George (Dorothy) and Marilyn Lester, many nieces, nephews and extended family. Fondly remembered by Brian and Shelley and Jim and Marcia Fazackerley and their families. He is predeceased by his first wife Margaret (Kearney), second wife Margaret (Fazackerley), brother-in-law Jim Lester and sister-in-law Lois.

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks and appreciation for the wonderful support, care and kindness from his Amica family, both staff and residents and the Southlake Palliative Care Team.

Cremation has taken place. A visitation will take place at Aurora United Church, currently worshipping at Trinity Anglican Church, 79 Victoria St, Aurora on Saturday, March 8, 2025 from 10:00 am until the Celebration of Life at 11:00 am. A reception to follow downstairs in Binion Hall.

Please have any flowers delivered to Thompson Funeral Home, 530 Industrial Parkway South, Aurora L4G 6W8, (905-727-5421) for Friday, March 7th to allow the funeral home to transport them to Aurora United Church for the Celebration of Life.
