With heavy hearts we announce the peaceful passing of Audrey Worsnop (nee Burns) on November 14, 2017 in Newmarket, Ontario Beloved mother of Robert and Michael. Audrey was married to John Porter Worsnop who passed away in October of 2011. At age 94 she lived a long life filled with a wide circle of family and friends. Audrey was born in Summerside, P.E.I. on May 25, 1923 to the late Oliver and Esther Burns. She had 6 sisters and 3 brothers. Audrey moved to Montreal at age 17 to pursue her ambitions, and later met her future husband John. She loved to travel and went on cruises yearly. In her later years she moved to Toronto to live with her son. Audrey will be sadly missed by all the people who knew and loved her. A special thanks goes to all the friends and family that helped her enjoy her time here with us. May she rest in peace.
A Visitation will be held Monday November 20, 2017 from 6-8pm. Funeral Service in the Chapel Tuesday November 21, at 2pm.
