We are sad to announce that Beth McQueen Henderson of Aurora Ontario passed away peacefully at Southlake Regional Health Centre at the age of 90 years old. Born in Stirling, Scotland, she served proudly in the WAAF's for 7 years leading up to and including Word War II, and then emigrated to Canada in 1948 with her late husband Duncan. They later moved to the US in 1951, returning to Etobiocoke Ontario in 1974, where they participated in a number of community theatre productions over the years. Of late, Beth had moved to Aurora to be near her daughter Gail, son-in-law Peter, and her adored grandchildren Heather and Lindsay Nassler. One of her greatest joys was when she was able to attend the recent wedding of her grandaughter Heather to Curtis Diehl in August of 2012. She will best be remembered for her wonderful sense of humour and her warm-heartedness toward her friends and family. She will be greatly missed.
