Enrique Rafael Vergara

Enrique was the kindest human being that you could ever meet, dedicated to his family to a fault. Loved by friends, family and everybody that met him. He had a passion for music, played bass in a band (Liberty) in his younger years and had a beautiful singing voice.

Extremely smart man, humble and low key, he was a Professional Electrical/Electronic Engineer, licensed Electrician in Canada, and there was nothing he couldn't fix. He simply understood how everything worked.

He served in the Argentine Navy as an Electronic Engineer for eight years, in charge of the maintenance and repairs of the electronic equipment in ships and airplanes.

He had a successful career in Canada as an Electrician, Foreman, Project Manager, and Meter Shop Manager at Trilliant.

He will be immensely missed by his wife, Marta Vergara, children Martin and Amy, his grandchildren Thomas and Charlotte, his sister Miriam and the rest of his family and friends.

A Visitation for Enrique will be held Monday, February 12, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Thompson Funeral Home, 530 Industrial Parkway South, Aurora, ON L4G6W8.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Enrique's memory may be made to a charity of your choice.
