Freda passed peacefully at Southlake Regional Health Centre on Thursday, May 16, 2024 at the age of 94
Loving mother of Robert (Kathy), Beverley (the late Hughie Morrison) and Stephen (Kim). Dearest grandmother of Tara (Will Barter), David, Chris Thorp (Chanesse Bright), Janet Mole, Valarie ( Shawn Wilson), Virginia (Jason Rawlings), Jami Schenck (Jason Snowdon) and great grandmother of Cade, Nathan,Tristan, Meghan, Braydon, Blake, Liam, Serenity, Rachel, Adrian, the late Christian, Olsen, Austin and Lochlan.
Predeceased by her brothers Jim, Fred, John and sister Elsie.
Freda settled in Canada in 1955 and moved to her forever home in Aurora in 1958. Freda enjoyed various jobs over the years. She was a longtime member of the Legion and also a member of the Ladies Auxiliary there. She enjoyed volunteer work being very involved with the Southlake Regional Health Care Centre organizing events.
