Born on December 4th, 1986 in Richmond Hill, Ontario and passed away in his home on Monday, July 29th, 2013 at the age of 26 years. Jeremy was a proud, devoted and loving father who enjoyed the outdoors and lived life to the fullest. He was generous, charismatic, beloved and will be greatly missed by family and friends. Jeremy is survived by his son Van, loving parents Brent and Margaret, brother Jason, sister Andrea and her husband Peter. He also leaves behind many caring relatives and friends, including his grandmothers, aunts, uncles and cousins.
