He is predeceased by his wife Patricia Heather Zimmerman nee Sharp. Beloved big brother to Joe (Laura). Survived by his son Chris (Tanya) and daughter Carrianne. Grandchildren Serenity, Torbynn, Jahmar, Alex, Dante and Malique, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Charitable donations in lieu of flowers may be made to Matthews House Hospice in Alliston, Ontario.
A celebration of life for John will be held Sunday, January 19, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM with words of remembrance at 2:00 PM at Thompson Funeral Home, 530 Industrial Parkway South, Aurora, ON L4G 6W8.
