Message for Ken’s family. Just received news of Ken’s passing and I want to pass on my thoughts. 
First of all I’m very sad to hear this news. I had great times with Ken through the years when I lived in northern Ontario. After moving to the USA I lost contact but often wondering how he was doing.

Lori, James, Carole and family,   You have our sympathy and are in our prayers in the loss Ken.  What a great man, so caring and genuine.  Our family had such great times with him in Florida.  Talking golf, fishing, hockey, hunting and some politics!  And always a great time at our yearly St. Pete cookouts!  He will be missed but never forgotten! Ken's loving and caring oversight of Lori and James was always evident. The reverence for Ken was always there and clearly something he had earned as a father and grandfather.  May he rest in peace and never be forgotten.

I was deeply saddened by the news of Ken's passing.  My heart felt condolences to my friend Lori and family.  I have many fond memories of "Mr Fisher" who welcomed Lori's friends, and genuinely connected with us.  An excellent father and a loving husband, Ken's positive influence will be greatly missed.

Hockey- Golf- Children, we shared so much..We're so sorry to hear of Ken's passing.   But on the happy side I know Frank  is waiting on the first hole ready to "T"  off with Ken on the heavenly golf course.  My family's prayers and thought's are with  you and your family.

Anne and I are broken hearted that we could not be back for Ken’s service and want you to know you are in our thoughts and prayers throughout this difficult time.  We have been blessed to be friends with both of you for many years ! Ken and I met over a golf game 36 years ago which parlayed into hundreds of rounds together, 30 Ohio trips for golf and Buckeye football (Ken is truly an honorary Buckeye), as well as countless and memorable social gatherings, all leaving vivid and cherished memories which will live on forever.  As much as he enjoyed the Ohio State football games, the highlight for Ken was “The Ohio State Marching Band” because of his love of music. He may not sit through fowl weather for the entire game but he certainly would for the half time show!                                   
 It is impossible for us to imagine the pain you are experiencing during this time and in an attempt to bring some level of comfort, please know we are also sharing this pain along with Ken’s widespread family of friends—-May he Rest In Peace and his legacy live forever!

Our deepest sympathies to Carol, Lori, Kenny, Heidi ,Grandchildren ,great Grandchildren . Diane and I have know Ken and Carol over 45 years of continued friendships . When I think of Ken I think how both of my children described him "Classy and a Gentleman".  Ken & Carol always made there home so welcoming to everyone . I watched all three of his children grow up and have children of their own.  We saw each other on a regular basis and he always spoke of his children and how proud he was of them. For me Ken was a great mentor someone I looked up to and admired. He showed a level of strength and determination not seen so much these days.  When business did not always work out Ken dug deep and became stronger and more determined to succeed . He loved and admired his family deeply.  Golf Too!
I will miss my dear friend immensely. I have only one regret with Ken he asked me every year for at least 25 years to let him teach me golf. I never did . So when we meet again and on the first hole the Lesson begins.

It saddened me deeply to hear of the passing of Ken. I had the pleasure of knowing Ken for over 25 years. He was my teacher, my mentor and most importantly my dear friend.  Ken and I would get together often at either Red Lobster, a local Italian Restaurant, or Tim Horton's, we would share lengthy conversations, and share many laughs together, he was always talking very highly of Carol, his children and grandchildren as well as sharing many stories.  I have never met someone who shared such a zest for life and the passion for all things important to him; he was as equally impressive, so full of knowledge and wisdom.  Ken shaped my views on life, work and so many other things. I hope that everyone, when such a person crosses their paths, never takes people like that for granted.  I considered myself very fortunate to have Ken part of my life. I will honor the times we had together and follow through on the visions, work ethics and generosity he showed me throughout the years.  Ken will be greatly missed, and my sincere condolences to Carol and Kens entire family.

     Naomi and I were saddened to hear of the passing of Ken. Ken and Carol came into our lives 25 years ago, after meeting him at Charlie's on Yong St. in Aurora. He was an amazing individual with a tremendous soul mate Carol by his side. I would meet with Ken 3 and 4 times a week at the Donut shop. Ken was generous to a fault, always with his hand out helping people. He was kind and always made people feel comfortable in his presence with his gregarious personality. When asked, he was quick to give sound business advice to people that needed help.
      We were fortunate to share many great meals at their home around the pool and many memorable
times in Florida.
     What really impressed us was his love for his kids and how proud he was of them. Then the grandkids came along and he shone in his love for them and he was quick to share with us the stories about them.
        We will dearly miss him and Carol we hope you won't be a stranger. Jim and Naomi

Sincere and heartfelt condolences to Carole and to Carole & Ken's entire family.  I'm just so sorry.  Ken and I had countless, lengthy "Tim Horton's" conversations over the past 10 years.  We talked a lot about business, and I was so lucky to have a mentor so willing to help me along.  Ken loved work more than anyone I've ever met.  He was so generous, never once letting me pay for a coffee or a sandwich.  Golf was always a topic of conversation, that was a given.  You couldn't have paid me to get up as early as Ken would, just to get a round in before work (straight down the middle every time) and still have time to read the paper.  What Ken loved talking about most though, was his family.  He was just so proud of each and every one of his children and all of their offspring.  He adored his grandchildren, each and every one.  He especially loved Friday date nights with Carole, car shows with Kenny, frequent trips up the 400 for coffee with Heidi, and Lori's great golf game!  Ken was a fine man and an absolute gentleman and I will miss him dearly.
