Marion Grace Newman

Peacefully at Southlake Regional Health Centre, Newmarket, ON. on Thursday August 31, 2017 in her 91st year. Marion beloved wife of the late Leeds Richardson, and Donald Newman. Loving mother to Janet, and her husband Robert McLean, Patti Richardson, Eric, and his wife Catherine Richardson, and Robin, and her husband Serge Lapointe. Cherished Grandma to Quinn, Angus, Graham, Wesley, Jenine, Jaclyn, Claire, Grant, Danielle, Natalie, Stephanie, and Great Grandma to Logan, Kiran, Mira, Isla, Fintan, Rowan, Lachlan, and Lincoln. Predeceased by her sister Muriel Joy Julian. Marion had a great life. She was an avid outdoorsperson, athlete, and loved travelling, especially to the cottage in Muskoka with family. She spent her later years in loving companionship with Don Newman, and their combined families. A special thank you to the staff at Southlake for their care, and compassion. A Memorial Service will be held at the Thompson Funeral Home, 530 Industrial Parkway South, Aurora, ON. (905-727-5421) on Thursday September 7, 2017 at 11am. Reception to follow.
