So sorry just heard the news. I always called her aunty Maisie. I will miss her very much. She always brought joy into the room with her laughter. I will never forget.

Dear Kathy, Shelly and Nancy,

I am so sorry I was unable to attend the funeral yesterday as planned.  My sincerest condolences to you all.  

Your mother reached out to me many years ago when I was going through a difficult time and I was very touched by her kindness.  One never forgets acts of kindness and I will always remember Maisie for this, as well as her many other great qualities that we all know so well.

Rest in peace, Maisie.

Aunt Masie was a wonderful Aunt; she shared her talents, knowledge and experiences freely.  She was ever so helpful in guiding me on a career path that was so fulfilling and beneficial for me and my family.   She and her sisters were a fine example of family values, sisterhood, friendship and companionship. My memories of her will be cherished.  At this time of grief, my thoughts are with her sister Aunt Evelyn and daughters Kathy, Shelley, Nancy, her grandchildren whom she loved dearly.  Aunt Masie, we will all miss you; thank you for being you.

A great loss for all.  Nancy, Shelly and Cathy, our hearts and prayers are with you at this time.  She was a woman who stood out from all the rest, inspiring those around her to dream the impossible and then to go for it. Her energy was boundless and her pursuit of knowledge never ending.  To Alex, Lucas, Theo and Claire - we love you all very much and know that she was so proud of each of you.  Our favourite memories are of sitting with you guys when she was telling stories.  Elizabeth remembers the stories with great fondness and joy.  She will be missed by all of us.

My mom and Maisie met many years ago when they attended the Senior Program in Coburg every summer.Maisie was a good friend and my mom will miss her alot! Kim Allen(Ida Jacksons' daughter)

I have very fond memories of Great Aunt Maisie and her love for life. She was always so funny and witty; with so many wonderful stories to tell. My thoughts are with you all.

Sorry I can`t be there at this time but my thoughts are with you. We are losing a bright jewel from the family. I can always remember the joy and pleasure that your mother brought to all of us. I have very fond memories of the things we did together as I was growing up. (my first experience with curly hair, makeup, etc.). Her love of life poured over onto the rest of us leaving every one uplifted in her presence.

She was a one in a million person!! I'll always remember Aunt Maisie as someone who would try anything!! She had such a love of life. Everything was fascinating to her. I enjoyed our vacations together especially New York City where she just was so amazed by everything she saw.  Up and at em every morning in her beautifully co-ordinated outfits with matching hats and nail polish!! Even when she had nothing she was willing to share it with you. My moms best friend for so many years, they were the perfect compliment to each other. We'll miss her so much!! Much love to Kathy, Shelley and Nancy. xxoo Wendy
