Mary Wostyn, It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mary at Southlake Regional Health Centre on Saturday February 6, 2021 in her 98th year. Dearly beloved daughter of the late Kazimer and Josephine Wostyn. Predeceased by her sisters Ida, Julia, Lucy, Rita, Elsie, Josephine and Brothers, Joseph and Paul. She leaves behind her sister Jessie and is lovingly remembered by her nieces and nephews. Mary was a warm person, very loyal and much loved. She loved spending time with her close knit family and dear friends sharing jokes and laughing. It was the people in her life that she treasured above all else. A 26 1/2 year career with the Bank of Montreal Aurora Branch brought her much joy and allowed her to meet many wonderful people. Her exceptional people skills made this a tailor made career for her. She always had great work stories to bring home and spoke fondly of her co-workers. Mary was an avid gardener, she loved her birds and animals and everything about nature. She had a keen and observant intelligence and will be missed by all who knew her. At Mary's request there will be no visitation or service. Arrangements entrusted to Thompson Funeral Home, Aurora. Donations in Mary's Memory may be made to a charity of your choice.

Her last wishes ~ Be Kind and Love One Another

I lived on Tyler St. in Aurora and have many fond memories of speaking with Mary many times as she walked to work at the Bank. One of the nicest people I knew.

Sorry to learn of Mary’s passing. We were neighbours on George Street and missed seeing her after she moved.
